Vice state champion of the class M1 LG2

Second place in the M1 Rally Masters went to the young Rallye drives Michael Röck in his first season. The 2016 Ford Racing Rookie, had an extremely successful inaugural season. Röck finished second overall in M1 with his car the Ford Fiesta, performance group 2 and ensured an M1 triple victory with second place in ORC2. Röck wanted to catch Windisch on the second day, but ultimately decided not to take any more risks:

„Enrico remained constant, he simply made no mistakes - it was then too risky for us to try to catch him.“

Röck remains the M1 Rally Masters - the Graz student of the UAS Joanneum wants to earn his spurs as a rally driver step by step and explained:

„We want to contest the entire season with our Ford Fiesta M1 again next year - we want to gain more experience with this car before we take the next step.“

Röck drove for the first time with German co-driver Kerstin Heiß - effectively a test run for the coming season.
